Gluten Free Macaroni
Made from gluten free grains, this macaroni won’t cause bloating, cramping or fatigue for tummies intolerant to wheat.

Mushrooms/ Carrots / Zucchini
Great vegetables that are packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. This is great news for bowl health and immune function.


Vegetables 28% (Zucchini, Carrots, Mushrooms, Onions, Kale), Diced tomatoes 21%, Tomato cooking sauce 14%, Gluten-Free Macaroni 14%, Olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Cooking Instructions

1. Remove frozen meal from carton
2. Choose one or both portions to de-freeze
3. Pierce film with fork
4. Place food in microwave
5. Heat on high for 2 minutes
6. Carefully remove film, wait for the food to cool to a suitable temperature for your child before serving.
7. Please test temperature of food before giving it to your child.

Meal Information

In one serve of the TumsUp Veggie Pasta, a child can obtain the Recommended Daily Intake for Vitamin A due to its high content of beta-carotene. It provides more than 1/3 the RDI for protein (43%) that is completely plant based and is an excellent source of Magnesium (73%) and Vitamin C (50%). It has an excellent amount Fibre at 6.3g per serve, which is almost 50%, the Adequate Intake for a child.

Fibre is important for regular healthy bowel movements and avoiding constipation. New emerging research is showing that dietary fibres effect the gut microbiome which may modulate the immune system and effect the health many body systems though the entire lifespan

Vitamin A is essential for skin growth and integrity and is essential for healthy eye development and the sense of sight. It is a good source of Vitamin C  which is also essential for tissue growth and is an important antioxidant that promotes healthy cells and protects cells from damage.

As an excellent source of B Vitamins such as B6, Thiamin and Niacin this meal helps facilitate energy production and helps optimise metabolic pathways. This meal provides 1/4 the RDI for Folate; an essential B-Vitamin involved in many metabolic pathways including DNA synthesis and repair.

The TumsUp Veggie Pasta contributes an excellent  amount of Magnesium which is involved in many biological processes within muscle and necessary for bone growth, development and maintenance. The Zinc content contributes to structural integrity of cells and a resilient immune system. The TumsUp Veggie Pasta is a good source of Potassium which is an important mineral because many modern or convenience foods are high in salt and by increasing intakes of potassium this can help mitigate the negative effects of excess sodium.

There is a contribution to the RDI for Iodine which is essential for thyroid hormones, metabolism and for normal growth and development. The meal provides amounts of Selenium for detoxification pathways.
